Brandon J. Bordeaux
Chairman/CEO
Since joining Caravan as a part-time co-op student in 1999, Brandon held a variety of positions in Purchasing, Sales and Marketing. During this time, he was instrumental in forging Caravan's reputation as a high-value supplier of Facilities Management Services to the US Automotive Industry.
In 2005, Brandon purchased the company and became Chairman/CEO. Under his leadership, revenues have more than tripled as Caravan has developed a global footprint in a much more diverse collection of industries. By implementing a broad array of Systems and Technology initiatives, Caravan is uniquely positioned as a world-class facilities management service provider.
Brenda Mehl
Chief Financial Officer
Brenda joined Caravan in 2002 as an accountant, and is currently the Chief Financial Officer, reporting directly to the CEO. Brenda earned her BA in Accounting from Saginaw Valley State University, and is an active member of the Institute of Management Accountants. Brenda recently completed her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Certification which will give Caravan greater credibility and raises the bar on our financial analysis and opportunities.
Brenda's in-depth background in upgrading budgeting systems and re-engineering financial reporting systems has proven essential to the financial development of Caravan's international business growth. The core value of the financial team is to provide added value through focus on internal and external customer service, driving profitable growth and continuous improvement.
Victor F. Gomez, MBA
Diversity Coordinator
Victor joined Caravan in 2010 as a Sales/Operations Manager for Latin America. Victor earned his bachelor in Business Administration from a prestigious University in Bogota, Colombia, where he was born. In 1997 he moved to States where he earned a Master in Business Administration from Saginaw Valley State University.
Victor’s ability to conduct business in English and/or Spanish has helped Caravan to capitalize on opportunities within the multicultural market. This diverse capability has proven a successful business strategy for Caravan. Prior to Caravan, Victor was in the health industry where he was Finance and Business Manager for over 10 years.
Victor also plays a very active role in the community; he sits on the Board of Directors of the Saginaw Community Foundation, the Saginaw Rowing Club and a former board member of the Saginaw Valley Rotary Club. In addition, Victor is 2011 alumni of the Great Lakes Bay Hispanic Leadership Institute.
Bridget Foco
Human Resources Manager
Bridget started her career with CFM as a Safety Administrator in 2008, managing site safety and training needs before moving into the Human Resources department. She gained valuable experience working in all areas of HR before eventually leading the department in her current position. Her experience in working with site level operations, safety and quality gives a greater perspective into the specific needs and challenges of our employees and business.
Bridget earned her BA in Business Administration from Saginaw Valley State University. She also holds a Senior Certified Professional (SCP) certification from Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is a member of Valley Society of Human Resources Management (VSHRM).
Shoun Walle
General Manager - Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Division
Mr. Walle is responsible for general management of the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and Mopar accounts within Caravan. These duties include the responsibility for facility management operations, business development and retention, and business unit profitability.
Shoun has more than 18 years of experience in all phases of operations and facility management, with strengths in facilities management, paint shop operations, lean management and account launch/transitions. Shoun is affiliated with the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) of Metro Detroit and is currently completing Six Sigma Certification
Jon Brach
General Manager - General Motors Division
Mr. Brach is responsible for general management of the General Motors account within Caravan. These duties include the responsibility for facility management operations, business development and retention, and business unit profitability.
Mr. Brach has more than 15 years of progressive experience in all phases of operations and facility management, with particular strengths in facilities/property management. He is affiliated with the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) of Metro Detroit and was named 2013 BOMA of Metro Detroit Facility Manager of the Year. Jon is also currently completing BOMI RPA, FMA designations.
