Wrapping Up World FM Day – Celebrating the Leaders Who Make a Difference
As we conclude our celebration of World FM Day, we take a moment to reflect on the incredible leadership and dedication that drive our success at Caravan. This week, we proudly honored three outstanding women whose contributions truly exemplify the spirit of facility management: Denise Davis, Ericka Lee, and Kim Harris.
Denise Davis – Driving Growth and Operational Excellence
We kicked off our post-World FM Day celebration by recognizing Denise Davis, a key leader at CFM whose strategic vision and commitment have significantly shaped our operations.
Denise joined CFM four years ago as a General Manager and quickly advanced to Director of Operations. Her diverse professional background enables her to develop high-performing teams and enhance customer service throughout her growing portfolio. As a member of the CFM Executive Team, Denise plays a critical role in day-to-day operations and continues to influence the company’s success with her thoughtful leadership.
Ericka Lee – Leading with Vision and Impact at Fort Wayne
Since joining the Caravan team in January 2023, Ericka Lee has become a driving force behind the success of the Fort Wayne body shop program. Her proactive leadership and mentorship have elevated team performance, increased productivity, and fostered a collaborative environment.
Ericka’s unwavering focus on safety and quality shines through in every initiative she leads. She sets high standards and leads by example, becoming a respected role model for women in manufacturing. In just over a year, her innovation and dedication have earned her recognition from both colleagues and clients.
Kim Harris – A Steady Leader Elevating Standards in Bowling Green
Kim Harris began her Caravan journey in May 2020 as a Site Administrator and has since grown into the role of Housekeeping Manager. Over the years, Kim has played a pivotal role in revitalizing the Bowling Green body shop program, consistently achieving and exceeding performance targets.
Her approachable leadership and active listening create a supportive environment where team members feel empowered. Kim champions continuous improvement and fosters open communication, which has led to meaningful innovation on-site.
Beyond her operational excellence, Kim also leads as a Communities and Culture Pillar Lead in our Women in Manufacturing (WIM) initiative, mentoring and supporting other women in the industry.
“I am proud to have Kim Harris as part of our Caravan team here in Bowling Green.”
