Our company’s mission is to deliver the highest quality integrated facility management services to our clients, with an emphasis on safety, operational performance, quality standards, cost savings and delivering a sustainable workplace experience for our clients, employees and guests. Through the utilization of innovative technologies and integrated services, combined with our process management systems, we are able to provide high-quality service to all of our clients, regardless of the specific service or industry.

Caravan is currently providing services in over 120 locations, across the US, Canada and Mexico. Caravan’s corporate headquarters are in Saginaw, MI, with corporate offices in Troy, MI, Ft. Wayne, IN, and Orlando, FL,. We are continually growing and intend on expanding our reach to support our clients, whether they are a single site or a distributed portfolio across the country.

OUR EXECUTIVE TEAM
Brandon Bordeaux
Chairman/CEO
Since joining Caravan as a part-time co-op student in 1999, Brandon held a variety of positions. In 2005, Brandon purchased the company and became Chairman/CEO. Under his leadership, revenues have more than tripled as Caravan has developed a global footprint in a much more diverse collection of industries.
Bridget Foco
Vice President of Human Resources and EHS
Bridget started her career with CFM as a Safety Administrator in 2008, managing site safety and training needs before moving into the Human Resources department. She gained valuable experience working in all areas of HR before eventually leading the department in her current position. Her experience in working with site level operations, safety and quality gives a greater perspective into the specific needs and challenges of our employees and business.
Karie Isom
Director of Finance
Karie Isom is the Director of Finance at Caravan Facilities Management, leading financial strategy and operations. She began her career with Caravan in 2008 and has advanced through multiple accounting and leadership roles. Her experience and insight play a key role in supporting the company’s continued growth.
Jon Brach
Director of Business Development
Jon Brach leads business development efforts at Caravan Facilities Management. He offers more than two decades of experience across operations and facility management. He is a former board member of the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) of Metro Detroit and was named 2013 BOMA of Metro Detroit Facility Manager of the Year.
Denise Davis
Director of Operations
Denise Davis is the Director of Operations at Caravan Facilities Management, where she oversees operational teams and performance. With more than five years at Caravan, she is known for her leadership and commitment to excellence. She plays a vital role in delivering consistent, high-quality service.
Carlynne Searles
Sales & Supplier Diversity Manager
As Sales & Supplier Diversity Manager, Carly Searles drives business development, marketing strategy, and supplier diversity initiatives at Caravan Facilities Management. With more than nine years of experience across HR, Sales, and Marketing, she is known for building strong client relationships and delivering measurable growth. She is also an MHCC Ambassador and a member of IFMA, supporting industry engagement and diversity efforts.
